Grand Opening: Porsche of the Main Line

Grand Opening: Porsche of the Main Line

12 time Porsche Premier Dealer, Porsche of the Main Line, opened the doors to its mammoth new facility this week and celebrated the start of a new chapter with an elaborate, invite-only event. It was a crisp spring evening in Newtown Square, PA with the sun fading below the horizon while hundreds of Porsche models lined up to be funneled into the freshly paved dealer parking lot.

The energy was palpable and (with great enthusiasm) attendees strolled through each level of the facility drooling over freshly unwrapped 911 GT3RS models, rows upon rows of OEM parts, and immaculate service bays complete with self-operating tire dismounting machines. One key takeaway from the next-gen dealership experience was just how intentionally Porsche built their facility around the customer journey with a lounge-like feel that made you want to spend more time than you needed to in each room.

This was all very impressive and tastefully appointed, but the real magic was tucked away behind plush curtains. Beneath disco-ball mood lighting and pulsing EDM rhythms sat over a dozen significant Porsche race cars. Bob Akin’s Coca-Cola Fabcar 935, Burton liveried Porsche 934, two Falken Tire Porsche 997 GT3 RSRs, the first Porsche 911 GT2 (993), 911SC in full rally spec, and a speed yellow Carrera GT to name drop a few head turners.

The night was special and it was a privilege to be in the room with such heavy horsepower. Visit Porsche of the Main Line for more information.
